about

VENTURA is an international platform dedicated to directors and producers working on independent films with a strong artistic vision of cinema.

VENTURA accepts film projects from all countries, in all stages of development, production or post-production, without criteria with regards to duration, format or cinematic genre.

VENTURA offers a programme that includes professional training, project development and industry meetings. It acts in a hybrid model, combining in-person and online activities as part of its workspace. All on-site activities are located in Galicia, Spain.

Each edition, VENTURA presents a selection of ten works, equally divided in two groups of national and international projects. Its concept is designed in three stages: the five national projects are invited to all stages of the programme, while the five international projects are invited to the final on-site stage.
